Frenkel & Frenkel, LLP was formed in 1994 by brothers, Scott and Mark Frenkel. Both started their careers working for large insurance defense firms, representing insurance carriers and their clients. In 1994 they decided to take this knowledge and represent individuals who suffered injuries due to the negligence of a person or corporation, and those who had been intentionally wronged or defrauded by another.
